Total needed £200Mum works part-time and has two children. She just didn't know where to turn to for help when her fridge freezer suddenly stopped working, and one of her colleagues signposted her to us. Mum feels very ashamed to ask for help, as she is working and trying to get by, but I have explained that even people who are working are really struggling. This didn't ease her guilt, but she was overcome with emotion when I explained how Acts 435 works. Mum then told me she lives from pay to pay with no room for error.
