K is a full-time carer for her partner who has COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) and their child who both have additional needs. They are a low income family and K's only income is Universal Credit. K has no carpets down in multiple rooms and she simply cannot afford to fund the cost of fitting them. Carpets in the property would be a major improvement for all the family, especially K's partner who suffers in cold, damp weather. Any support given would be very gratefully received.

E was a victim of domestic abuse who fled her home leaving all her possessions in her old property. She has 2 children, her only income is Universal Credit and she has no savings or family to support her. She has no carpets and is desperate to make her house into a warm, safe home for her children. Her house is cold and damp and expensive to heat. We have a brilliant offer of free carpets but just need a little help the cost of fitting.

T is recently out of prison and making a fresh start. He has accommodation, but nothing in it. He suffers from achalasia which means he can only swallow liquids and is fed through a tube. T is in desperate need of a fridge to keep his medication in and a microwave for warming soup. His income is Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment and Capability To Work.
