O has lived in her home for the last two years with her little girl. The property has no carpets in the bedrooms or hall, stairs and landing. This is unsafe for her small child, as well as making the house feel really damp. O, who isn't working, has no savings or family to support her and simply can't afford the high cost of carpeting her home. Carpets would mean the world to O and her daughter. Can someone please help?

C struggles daily with her mental and physical health, as both her son and daughter are autistic and daily life is challenging. C and her partner try their best, but find it hard to make their funds stretch. There are no carpets in the children's bedrooms or on the stairs and landing, and the children are often hurting themselves and getting splinters in their feet. R and her toddler are in the process of moving into new accommodation- the family home is no longer available to them as her Dad needs constant care for his dementia.
