O has lived in her home for the last two years with her little girl. The property has no carpets in the bedrooms or hall, stairs and landing. This is unsafe for her small child, as well as making the house feel really damp. O, who isn't working, has no savings or family to support her and simply can't afford the high cost of carpeting her home. Carpets would mean the world to O and her daughter. Can someone please help?

P suffers with mental health problems and is unfit for work. After spending time in supported accommodation, the family has now moved into its own property. Mum is having to sleep on the settee and the children are mostly staying with nearby relatives as they have no mattresses for their beds. P receives Universal Credit, but is struggling to meet her everyday living costs and there is no way she can afford to buy these herself. She would be very grateful for your help.

E suffers with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and anxiety and is unable to work. She is in receipt of Universal Credit and is in the process of claiming Personal Independence Payments. She has outstanding rent arrears and is struggling financially. Her existing fridge freezer is not working and is not freezing.
