£100 remaining for cooker repairs
This single mum of a primary school age daughter and is currently unemployed, due to her mental health and living in a private rented flat. She is being helped by Christians Against Poverty to get her out of historic debt, and is on Universal Credit and Personal Independence Payments with no savings. Her cooker is broken and, to fix it, needs to find £100 to pay for the call out charge and parts.
S is on benefits and, as all her money goes on bills, she has no money left over to be able to buy a mattress. The current mattress is in really poor condition and S can feel the base of her bed, which has now given her a very painful back. Please can you help her to replace the double mattress?
