£90 remaining for a removal van
This single gentleman, aged fifty seven, is in his first real home after being homeless. He is currently using most of his benefit money to pay for storage, as he cant afford to hire a ‘man with a van’ to move the items to his new home. Please would you consider donating £200 so that we can organise this on his behalf?
Our client, who suffers from poor mental health, sleep apnoea and endometriosis, has a young child for whom she is solely responsible. Due to her poor health and parenting responsibilities, mum is only able to work part-time. Her wage for her cleaning job is very low and, despite being topped up by Universal Credit, she is struggling to make ends meet. Our client's fridge freezer is broken and she is unable to afford a replacement. Your help towards the cost of this item would be very much appreciated.
Having spoken with our client, they are not in a good place. Their old bed needs replacing, as does their mattress. The client has a long history of mental health issues. Whilst the client tries to manage their situation, they are unable to do so and need help. This, in turn, produces a feeling of failure which exacerbates their depression. Their partner is their full-time carer so their income is purely dependant on benefits.
This client is a young parent who had a difficult childhood and was in local authority care for many years. She recently fled from an abusive relationship in order to keep her child, and suffers with poor mental health, due to past experiences. This client moved into a hostel when she left the perpetrator and has now been offered an unfurnished tenancy. She cannot afford to set up her new home as she is reliant upon Universal Credit. Could you please help towards the cost of a washing machine?
