£0 remaining for a bed
S has been battling addiction, on and off, for a number of years and is currently working hard to maintain his sobriety. He has attended rehabilitation groups run by our organisation and continues to meet with one of our staff team. S has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the last six months and is really finding it is having a negative impact on his sleep and mental health. Being able to get a bed would be a massive lift for him. If you are able to help in any way, S would be very grateful.
This female, who is in her late thirties, has a diagnosis of dysfunctional sacroiliac joints and her hips are also inverted. This remarkably positive lady runs an under fourteens football club on a voluntary basis. Her state-provided powered wheelchair does not fit into her car, but a lightweight mobility scooter would give her independence and let her carry on her excellent community work.
