The new flat he has been allocated has no floor coverings down anywhere and he can't afford to buy them, due to his low income of Universal Credit and lack of savings. We are hoping some kind Acts 435 donors will help G to rebuild his life by helping with the fitting cost of carpets that have been provided free of charge.

N, who had a house fire in June, lost everything and, sadly, was uninsured. She has been living in a hotel with her three children and it has been really challenging. Fortunately, she has found a new home with a local social landlord, but it comes without floor coverings. Because of N's low income, she simply can't afford to buy carpets. One of her children is disabled and she is desperate to make the new house into a home. Carpets would be an important part of that.
