M and his wife are asylum seekers from Pakistan who fled here with their two children, aged five and two, because they are Ahmadi Muslims and were being persecuted in their home country. They are currently housed in an asylum hotel and each receive £9 per week from the Home Office. This family is in desperate need of winter coats and shoes for them all, especially the children.
S is on benefits and, as all her money goes on bills, she has no money left over to be able to buy a mattress. The current mattress is in really poor condition and S can feel the base of her bed, which has now given her a very painful back. Please can you help her to replace the double mattress?

He works ten hours a week, but his health means he is unable to work more hours. A receives Universal Credit and Housing Benefit, but his income does not cover his outgoings and he is reliant upon community larders. A's bed is very old and is not supportive of his health conditions, but he is unable to afford a new one.
