Citizens Advice have advised that the best course of action to tackle her debts is to go bankrupt, but it costs a lot of money, money that E does not have. Please may you consider supporting this family with £200 toward the £680 bankruptcy fee so that they can rid themselves of the worry and stress of being in debt for good? Thank you so much.

Total needed £200A, a vulnerable gentleman, has had his phone cut off, having gotten into £30 of arrears. The company have now added a £200 fee for early termination of his contract and it is with a debt collector. A's phone is vital, he has multiple health issues including mental health problems. Citizens Advice have contacted the supplier to ask they put a hold on the debt so it does not increase. Please may you consider helping this gentleman to get his phone back? Thank you.

He shares custody of his two young children with his previous partner. His washing machine has just broken and is not viable to fix, and with young children to support and a limited budget W is struggling with launderette fees. He would really appreciate any support you can give to enable him to get a new one. W is being supported by his local Food Bank.

He is disabled and suffers with poor mental health, and this debt collection action is causing him considerable distress, as he believed he had paid his previous arrears in full. Citizens Advice is looking into the company's conduct in this matter, however, the debt still needs paying.
