Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

This family of refugees from Afghanistan, who came to the UK in the summer, do not have any recourse to public funds and are really struggling. Their eldest daughter is six years of age and needs new school uniform as she has had a growth spurt and the weather has turned very cold recently. They would also like to buy an air-fryer to make cooking easier for them. Your help would be very much appreciated.
Still £40 left to donate
Total needed £130L is a single mum to a teenage boy and girl. Her son is autistic and she is his carer. This limits the number of hours mum can work and, although she has a job as a teaching assistant, it is only part-time. The cost of living crisis has impacted on her severely and she is in debt from just trying to pay bills while in work poverty. Now L's growing children need new warmer clothes and she is unable to buy them. Any help you could offer would be very much appreciated.
Still £150 left to donate
Total needed £150This lady has four children and was recently granted permission to stay in the country. She moved into a new home recently, but struggles to keep on top of the bills and the needs of her ever growing family. The children need new school uniforms and these are simply beyond her means, especially as her heating bills will be higher as it turns colder. Mum would be very grateful for any help with this extra cost that she can't afford to meet.
