Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

P, a single mum from India with two teenage children, has recently had to move into a new home and has no furniture. The entire family is currently sleeping on the floor and, as the weather turns colder, this will be increasingly uncomfortable. This lovely lady has worked very hard to further her education and find work, but the cost of moving has left her without the resources to furnish her children's room. P would be very grateful for any help received to make her children more comfortable
Still £150 left to donate
Total needed £150Safe Families are supporting a family of four who are in need of a new tumble dryer. Due to their twelve year old son's complex needs, the parents are having to prioritise replacing items in the home that he has unfortunately damaged. This means they cannot afford to replace the broken tumble dryer. As the weather is getting colder, it is not always possible to line dry the washing, so currently their neighbours are helping to dry clothes in their dryers, but this is not a sustainable option.
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200This lady, who is at the end of her tether, works full-time as a nurse for the NHS and has no money for food voucher to be used at our food cooperative (allowing her to buy food at less than half the retail price) and electricity. Her house is freezing cold and she has no stair covering, which is making the house even colder. This lady is a single parent with a son aged twelve. We are reaching out to you for help please.
