This lady has a six year old child and is pregnant, but her relationship has broken down and she is sharing a home with her mother. She receives Universal credit and Child Benefit, and has accrued a very large debt with her energy provider which she is paying off monthly. This lady is also buying baby gear each month so has no spare money. Now her cooker has broken and she cannot provide hot meals for the family.
