This lady, who came into Foodbank, moved into a new property two months ago and her benefits are in flux as there are questions about her claim, due to a lack of information. She is trying to give them what they want, but has been without money for a while. This lady is in a shared house, and people are knocking on her door and asking for money. She is wanting to go to a Christian rehabilitation centre, which we are helping her with, and she needs a phone which she doesn't have.
