Total needed £150J came to the charity to ask for food support for the first time, as he recently got asked to go self-employed by his employer. He agreed to this action, but has now found himself with no work and no pay until February 2025. This has added stress to his young family who are unable to manage with no money. We have helped J to make a Universal Credit claim; however, the process time to receive this is long, meaning he will not be able to pay rent and bills. All support will be greatly received.
