Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

This gentleman first made contact with us when he was sitting in the dark with no heating as he had no money for electricity. We have worked with him to help him with his debts and bills. This gentleman is in need of vinyl flooring. We can source the vinyl for free, but need help with the cost of fitting. He would also like a blind for his living room window as he feels it is very open and not private. This would also help with heating costs.

Total needed £200This lady is a single parent who is working with Christians Against Poverty to become debt free. In 2024 she endured multiple issues affecting her welfare and finances. With our assistance, mum has successfully taken up a council property after many years of struggling to get repairs done by her private landlord. Total needed £150This lady is single with an eleven year old son. They have lived in a one-bedroom property for years, but have now been allocated a two bedroom property. They both have health issues and are both on disability benefits. The property comes with laminate flooring, but mum is worried about it being cold. Her son has also outgrown his bed, which I know is far too small for him. It would be really helpful if she could have your support to buy him a new bed.
