Current needs
This young person was refused asylum, but the Home Office sent a decision to the wrong address and whilst we are supporting him to appeal, he is now homeless and struggling financially as he lost the support he was receiving from the Home Office. This young person needs support to buy a monthly bus travel pass so he can travel to us to resolve his legal issues and to receive mental health support, and a £50 food voucher to allow him to survive until his appeal is hopefully reinstated.
Still £135 left to donate
Total needed £150SW is a twenty four year old asylum seeker who is currently living in a hotel with her younger sister. She has recently started college, but her phone has stopped working, which means she cannot access the college website to stay up to date with college work and communication. Without a working phone, it is difficult for her to stay in contact with her immigration solicitor as well as her support networks during very uncertain and stressful times. This is all affecting her mental health quite a lot.
Still £90 left to donate
Total needed £90MB, a vulnerable, single male who is currently sleeping rough, is battling with his immigration status. He has recently been in and out of hospital, due to ongoing health issues which cause pain in his arm and the loss of feeling in his legs. Because MB is sleeping rough, he really needs a warm winter coat and some essential food items. In addition, he must keep in regular contact with his Immigration Advisor, for which he will need £20 for a Tesco mobile SIM.
