She has been without a fridge freezer for a few weeks, since her old one broke down irreparably, and cannot afford to replace it. T, who has suffered significant health issues which have caused him to become isolated, has also been suffering financial issues, due to his mental health. He doesn't have a washing machine and can't afford to buy one, which means that he is struggling to keep his clothes and bedding clean. This is causing him further problems as he can't rely on having clean clothes to leave this house in, due to struggling to afford to visit a launderette. A washing machine would mean he can keep his clothes clean.

L has autism and some additional learning needs. Recently she let some 'friends' stay and they trashed her flat. They sold most of her working possessions and soiled her mattress. The perpetrators have been arrested and placed on bail so that they cannot return back, but L needs a new mattress, and a microwave so that she can do basic cooking before she can return home.
