L lives alone and has recently moved to the area, away from anyone he knows. He has moved to a council property which was completely unfurnished, and he had very little furniture to bring with him. L has struggled a lot with his mental health and has been getting support for this, but is currently unable to work. He has no sofa or wardrobes and is struggling to settle in and feel at home here, so being able to buy a sofa and start decorating his home would make a world of difference.
