My client is a single mum with three children under the age of eight. She was in temporary accommodation for two years, after leaving an abusive partner. In the last few months, mum has been allocated a home which was in a bit of a state. She doesn't have the money to buy a freezer, which would save her money in the long term. Please can you help?

This lady was a victim of domestic violence which severely affected her mental health, leaving her housebound for many years. She has just started to re-emerge and, with support, is now rebuilding her social interactions and her confidence is slowly growing. This lady has physical challenges, with frequent unexplained falls and suspected neurological issues. To top it all, her washing machine is leaking and she lives on the first floor of her block! This lady earnestly needs a new machine.
