L is seeking funding to be able to obtain essential identification documents, including his original birth certificate after being adopted. This requires a formal application, counselling and fees. L struggles with abandonment and wants to begin a journey of establishing identity, connecting with his heritage and understanding who he is, and would also like to apply for his adoption certificate, passport and provisional licence, as these will be essential for daily life and future independence.
