Fresh Start Appeal 2025

As we head into this year's Easter period we want to again ask our community of supporters to be a part of someone's fresh start. We have many requests on our website that will directly go to an individual who is seeking a new beginning, such as escaping domestic violence or beginning a new job after leaving prison.

Could you support someone like this mum, who is trying her hardest, but needed a helping hand to provide a fresh start for her and her daughter?

Kira* needed a removal van, and on receiving the gift from Acts 435 donors said:

"As a mother, trying my hardest to help my daughter in any way I can is sometimes emotional and hard work, but a mother’s love just means carrying on. I would have carried the furniture on my back if I had to (well little things like a rucksack full of things). It’s not just a removal van, it’s a fresh start and hopefully a new beginning of a better future. Thank you."

We have 50 requests in our Fresh Start Appeal, which will enable 50 individuals and families to begin again, or have a fresh start. You can also see some of these requests for help below, and you can view all of the requests in the appeal.
