£145 remaining for an exercise programme referral
M is being supported by the community mental health team. He has become socially isolated due to an increased level of paranoia and anxiety, and seen a drop in his physical health due to having no exercise. M has agreed with his support workers to engage in a supported exercise programme, which they believe will dramatically improve his physical and mental health, but due to his limited access to funds, can't afford to pay for it. Your support would pay for a year of the programme.
MH is a young woman with severe mental health difficulties, trying to set up her own new flat with nothing. She isn't receiving any assistance with this and so needs to get everything herself, including general pots and pans, a microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, glasses and mugs etc. MH is currently unable to work, due to her mental health, and so is only in receipt of benefits. Any help they can be given with this would be greatly appreciated.

Please help him to feel connected and help his family.
C has two small children and is pregnant. Her washer has broken and she is really panicky because she can't get to a laundrette and her washing is building up, with a friend having done a bit of it. C is on basic benefits and hasn't been able to save for a washing machine, especially straight after Christmas. Please could we help her?
