This single mum with two young children is struggling to cover her bills as her only income is Universal Credit. Mum has maxed out her credit limits, which she has purposely kept low to avoid long-term debt, but now her cooker has failed. this single mum, who is currently undertaking initial training in Early Years' Education, would love to be able to confidently cook for her children.
