£200 remaining for an electric cooker
D has been without a working cooker for over two months, which has made it challenging for him to prepare hot meals. With a limited income, he relies on Universal Credit while also managing loan repayments and council tax. Our goal is to support this client by purchasing a new electric cooker, allowing him to cook his meals comfortably and enhancing his overall wellbeing by providing a sense of stability and support
This young man, who comes from a challenging background with no role models, has limited support from friends or family and relies on charity. He is in need of a coffee table and sofa, to make his home comfortable, and a vacuum cleaner. It would also be really helpful to get this young man some curtains. He would be delighted if someone was to help change his outlook on life. Thanks for supporting this young man's first chapter in living independently
This lady, who is sixty four years of age and lives alone on a low income, has incontinence issues, mobility problems and several health issues. She is in desperate need of a new mattress, but does not have the funds to buy a replacement. This lady also has medications that need to be stored in a fridge, but her fridge freezer is broken. She cannot afford to buy a small fridge and does not have access to some of her medications that are impacting on her health and wellbeing.
My client is a pensioner who lives alone and is unable to cook a warm meal due to not having a cooker. Struggling financially, she is unable to afford such a large purchase and has come to the charity to ask for help. All support will be greatly appreciated by my client, who is having family to visit over the Christmas period and would like to be able to cook for them whilst on their visit. She is feeling stressed at the thought of not being able to do this for them.
