A is a single dad with two girls aged nine and thirteen who have been living with him since earlier this year. He has worked hard to stabilise their lives and finances. Dad drives a bus one day a week in addition to looking after the girls, but still struggles to make ends meet. His washing machine needs to be replaced, but he cannot afford to do this himself.

F, who is single and lives on his own in a council flat, recently lost his job and is living on a very tight budget. He is working with us to try and reduce his expenditure so that he can manage his finances and deal with his debts. His oven has broken and being able to buy a replacement would help him to batch cook and save money on grocery shopping. L, a lovely local lady who regularly comes along to church groups, takes part in the community and supports the committee, overseeing new homes in the area to make sure everyone gets the home they need.
