£0 remaining for a washing machine
S is a single parent with a four year old child whose current washing machine has broken down. She is on Universal Credit, has no savings and has lots of debts. Following advice from Step Change, some of her benefit is taken to repay debts to various agencies. This is, therefore, reducing her available money to purchase a replacement machine. Any contribution to this much needed washer would be gratefully received. Thank you.
M, who became a Christian a year ago, is on Universal Credit (UC) and has been working with Christians Against Poverty to help him with his debts. He is now debt free, but has little money. M has been struggling with a cooker that does not work properly and fuses the house when he puts the oven on. On UC, he can't afford a new one. Thank you for your support.
