S was admitted to hospital after a fall, resulting in spinal and rib fractures, and underwent fusion of the lumbar spine. She was discharged back to the place she had recently moved into, which has no furniture. S has been sleeping on a broken air mattress, and uses a toaster and kettle for meal preparation. She receives Universal Credit and is unable to buy white goods. S cannot shop or lift anything and relies on her son, brother and friends for support. She would appreciate your help.
