X is a retired lady, on state benefits. She has cognitive issues and spinal stenosis which affects her ability to complete household tasks. She needs to declutter her flat, which is unsafe, but she has no support in place to help her. Please help this lady employ an agency to declutter and prevent her property becoming a tenancy issue. Her situation has been worrying her for some time. Please help her to get her life in order.
