£0 remaining for a passport

A has been working with our ex-offender employability service for the last few months, after 8 years unemployed. From a low confidence start, he has newly felt able to begin volunteering with a partner charity, and is gearing towards working again. He needs help to replace his out-of-date passport as a necessary right-to-work document, as he starts to get interviews and hopefully a paid job once more.
