S has a spinal injury and has been unable to work for 6 months. As a result her income has plummeted. She lives in a rural area without public transport and so her car is her lifeline. Unfortunately two of the tyres are beyond repair and the car is off the road so S is isolated until it is repaired. Would you be willing to help this lovely lady be able to leave the house again?
