£0 remaining for a condenser tumble dryer

This Mum of an 18 month child is the carer for her husband who has epilepsy, mental health issues and back problems. They receive Universal Credit, child benefit, personal independence payment and carer's allowance, but are still struggling with the cost of living and have no savings. They live in a first floor flat in a rural area with no outside drying space and no car to get to a launderette. They really need a tumble dryer which we could provide, second hand, with your help.
