Mum cares for her 8-year-old child. Mum has fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, seizures and is awaiting diagnosis of a possible stroke. Her memory and cognitive functions have been impacted by poor health. She has benefits, including a small amount for Personal Independence Payments. With some food bank assistance she has been able to keep up to date with household bills but her washing machine is broken and needs replacing.
