This lady is a single mum of three children, two of whom have learning difficulties, with the mother herself suffering from physical and mental ill health. She is still awaiting her first Universal Credit payment and will not know the amount she entitled to until the end of November. Her house is not in a fit state and she is in desperate need of help with heating as this is the only way she can heat water for her home as well as preventing further damp.
