£0 remaining for a freezer

Can you please help my client to buy a new freezer? X's freezer has recently broken and she cannot afford a new one as she is living on benefits. She is a carer for one of her children who has ADHD and Autism. X describes her freezer as a lifeline, as she has five children, and she normally does a freezer shop on a regular basis. X is really struggling to find the time to prepare and cook hot meals from scratch every night having such a large family.
