£150 remaining for debt arrears
D has come far from his homelessness and drug habits, and has started to rebuild his life. He still has disabilities, and claims Personal Independence Payment and Universal Credit, but is no longer drug taking. D is in supportive living, but has had to pay for extra support which he was not told about and, due to very low income, this has caught up with him and is in arrears. He has not been eating properly and not taking hygienic care of himself, due to trying to clear the arrears.
L is experiencing feelings of hopelessness, due to struggling with the cost of living. She has amassed some debts, following her husband's fast decline with dementia and eventual death. L has sought help from her local Citizens Advice Bureau, who are assisting to hopefully find the best solution. Please would you consider supporting this lady with some help towards food and energy, whilst she gets the help she needs? Thank you so much.
L is a busy, single mum of three who is struggling, like many, with the rise in the cost of living. She has a large debt with her energy company and has reached out to the Citizens Advice Bureau for help. Whilst L gets the assistance she needs, would you please consider supporting the family with some funds towards food and energy? Thank you so much.
We have a resident in supported accommodation who needs to attend the funeral of a close family friend. He is unemployed and in receipt of Universal Credit. In additional to having a limited budget, he has mental health issues, including severe anxiety and depression. It is very important to him to be able to attend the funeral. Our resident needs to travel from Cornwall to Manchester and back again, and needs help paying for the train fare, which is £149.60.
