£0 remaining for vouchers for taxis and groceries
B is a carer for her son who is in a wheelchair, awaiting multiple surgeries. After receiving refugee status, they are homeless and living in an emergency hotel out of the area. B is having to fund taxis to get her son, who is in GCSE year, to school. There are no cooking or cool storage facilities at the hotel and B is having to shop daily, at increased expense. B's only income is benefits. Help with supermarket vouchers and taxi/Uber vouchers would be a great support at this difficult time

She suffers from anxiety, finding it difficult to talk to people and ask for help. L is finding it hard to keep warm as the floor is concrete. Her mum cannot help as she is in financial debt and struggling with her mental health.

She is on a low income, and is need of a hall and landing carpet as the property has has a concrete floor which she mops every day to keep clean. L is in financial debt and so is her mother, so there is nobody to ask for help. A church member took a food parcel and a small heater to help keep her warm, and noticed that there was no flooring.
