R has a history of drug abuse and has been street homeless. At the end of September this year, he found his partner of four years dead in their tent. R has struggled with his mental health, but has moved into a flat this week, and is being supported by CGL (substance misuse support) and his family. R has very few clothes and really needs some new clothing to help him start afresh and continue his progress. Thank you.
