£140 remaining for a bus pass
Please could you help this mother of a young baby to attend ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) classes? She is seeking asylum after needing to leave her home to keep herself safe. Helping mum to learn English will be very valuable in removing barriers and helping her to integrate within society. This will positively impact the family. We are asking for financial support to provide a month bus pass so mum can access the English classes. Thank you so very much.
S and her partner are both unemployed and are moving from a one bedroom flat to larger accommodation, as she is pregnant. S is unable to work because of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and sciatica. The moving costs are considerable for them and they are struggling financially, as a result. The new home needs oil for heating and, if we can provide this, it will enable them to have a warm home for the arrival of the new baby.
