£0 remaining for a taxi driving course and a licence

N was working and able to pay everything until he became very ill with breathing problems and had to stop his manual labouring job. He has been trying to find a job for the last year and has now been offered a job as a taxi driver, taking people to the airport, but needs to get his licence and complete a taxi driving course. It is £200 for both of these, and he isn't on Universal Credit so can't get any help from them. N only has his state pension income. Please can we help him?
