£0 remaining for a cooker

This mum and her young toddler have moved into a new flat and need a cooker to be able to prepare healthy meals for them both. They previously lived with family, but had to break the home up due to dad’s dementia. Mum suffers from severe anxiety and is keen to move in as soon as she has the essentials needed. Her only income is Universal Credit, and any help with obtaining a cooker would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
