£0 remaining for flooring fitting

M is a single mum to a 15 month old toddler. She lived with her father and brother but due to her dad’s dementia they have all had to find alternate living accommodation. M has found a flat but there is no flooring and she desperately needs this for her toddler’s safety. She is unable to afford this herself as her only income is Universal Credit. M suffers with mental health issues and anxiety and any help towards her flooring fitting would help her to cope with her situation. Thanks.
