£0 remaining for a second-hand bike, helmet and lock

J is a young man who has recently joined our church. He is unemployed and lives on a tight budget, but is trying to get more involved in the community. Currently, he walks everywhere, often miles, to get to various events, and we would love to help him get a reliable second-hand bike with a lock and helmet, and good gears as he lives at the bottom of a big hill!
