£0 remaining for beds and mattresses
This family of five was referred to us by a sister organisation after being recently rehoused into a property infested with bedbugs. As a result, they were forced to dispose of all their beds and currently, the children are sleeping on blow-up beds while the parents are sleeping on the floor. Here at St Vincent de Paul, we are urgently requesting your help to support this family. They are in need of three single beds and mattresses, and bedding for the children. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
M, who used to drink several bottles of alcohol per day, was sofa surfing between mum and dad's homes and also sleeping rough. They have now been to detox and rehabilitation and managed to change their life around. M has been given a one-bedroom flat and, as this is the first time they have had their own home, are finding it quite stressful. M has been given some items towards their new home, but has no white goods at all so would appreciate a cooker.

J, who has recently been housed, lives alone, but his daughter comes to stay every other weekend. He receives Universal Credit and is struggling at the moment. J would really appreciate your support in purchasing a cooker. Many thanks for your support.
