K, a single mum of three, is in desperate need of help with food, especially for her autistic daughter who has a very limited diet and has lost too much weight. Due to a technical error, her Universal Credit (UC) has stopped being paid. The UC department has admitted it is a fault at their end, but has yet to sort it out.
