£0 remaining for delivery and installation of a cooker

This single mum, who is living at home with her two children, has been through a really hard and challenging time over the last few years. She has been struggling with finances, has dealt with housing challenges, her son's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) diagnosis and bringing up a baby with little to no help. Mum has recently moved house and doesn't have a cooker. There is separate Acts 435 request for the cooker and this request would cover the delivery and installation costs so we can safely get this delivered and fitted for mum. Thanks for your support.
