F's daughter has chronic asthma and the house has no floor coverings down, which is causing her to have asthma attacks. S is a recently bereaved gentleman who is struggling with the transition of managing everything himself. He is working with a Foodbank debt worker to help him cope on his own and to deal with debts related to the death of his wife. S, who suffers with epilepsy and lung disease, is struggling to prepare meals as his epilepsy means it is dangerous for him to use the gas oven, which he has on fire. S would love to buy an air fryer to enable him to cook safely, but just cannot afford it.
