£200 remaining for a large desk, a chair and a food parcel
This gentleman, who has been a regular service user at our centre for several years, is a recovering alcoholic who is living in sheltered accommodation. St Vincent de Paul is currently seeking assistance to provide a large computer desk and comfortable chair, and a food parcel for a month. Your support will enable this gentleman to stay occupied, which he finds crucial for keeping his mind active and away from his internal struggles. It will also provide him with the opportunity to improve as an individual.
This gentleman, referred to us by a sister agency, is a recovering addict with complex needs. He is currently living without a mattress, which is causing him severe mental distress. We are urgently seeking your assistance to purchase a mattress for him and provide a food parcel for four weeks while we collaborate with other partner agencies. Any support towards this would be greatly appreciated.
This woman came to us seeking help to get her home into a suitable condition in order to have her children returned from temporary foster care. We are seeking your assistance to furnish her home with a double bed, mattress, quilt, pillows, and bedding. Any support towards this effort would be greatly appreciated.
This single Mum has five children, and they are all living in a flat. We currently assist the family with food parcels each week, but some new beds are now required to replace the existing old ones and worn out mattresses. To create a little more space bunk beds are a good option which will make living conditions a little easier for all the family and create a better environment for two of the children. Any help you feel able to give will be very much appreciated; thank you.
