£185 remaining for a washing machine
S is a single mum with a 14 month old son, in receipt of Universal Credit and Child Benefit. She recently moved into a council property and is doing her best to to turn it into a home for her son and herself. Having a young child brings brings laundry demands. Having a working, reliable washing machine would be a great benefit to them. Any help you can offer towards this purchase would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Q is a refugee who fled Syria and has been given the right to remain in the UK. His only income is Universal Credit and he has no savings or family to support him. Q has recently secured independent accommodation, but has no furniture, carpets or anything for the property. We have an offer to carpet Q's flat free of charge, but need your help with the fitting cost. Any support given would be amazing.
