£0 remaining for food and clothing
Our applicant is an asylum seeker who is part of our Family Hub and has requested some financial help to buy food and clothing for her little daughter. She is in receipt of Universal Credit and struggles financially to pay bills and also buy food, along with other essentials items. Her daughter is seven years old and is growing rapidly so mum needs to get new clothing for her. Our applicant would be very grateful for any help given. Thank you for your kind donation.
H is receiving housing benefit and Universal Credit, and she has three young children, ages 3, 6 and 11. She cannot afford to replace her washing machine, which is beyond repair, without which she cannot manage her family's laundry. With your generous donations we would like to provide her with a replacement machine.
This young person that I am currently supporting has been accepted onto a degree with Open University. The course starts on 5th February and she needs a laptop to complete the course work. This young person only receives Universal Credit so has no way of affording this herself. Any help would be appreciated which, of course, will mean everything to her as it will open so many employment opportunities.
